Typical positions our franchisees are recruiting for are:

Installers - We install low voltage landscape lighting systems. Installers are trained to do all aspects of a project including: in-ground fixture install, trenching, wire connections and transformer installation. Must have valid drivers license and motivation to succeed.

Sales Staff – Earn great commissions selling professional grade landscape lighting. No cold calls, appointments are set up for estimates and evening demonstrations. Private label product line with a Lifetime Warranty.

Admin. Support – Office people needed to answer phones, set appointments and schedule installs. Computer entry required and previous knowledge of Quick Books software would be a plus.

Operations Manager – With our larger franchises, there is a growing need for an operations person to work with multiple installation crews and keep projects on schedule. Position requires training of new staff, quality control, customer follow up and project management.

Seasonal Help - Installers and sales people needed to help support our growing Holiday Lighting business. Installers need to be familiar with ladder work. Crews needed to install systems prior to Christmas and remove them after the holidays.
